Ailis loves children and is totally reliable

Ailis has helped babysit my son during the past four years. She is a very sensible young woman who understands responsibility and commitment. My son adores her. They have a great time together and Ailis is brilliant at suggesting games and activities. I should add that Ailis has very good common sense. She will always phone me if she has a concern but she is more than able to deal with the many things that come up when looking after a child, both in the home and out and about locally. I always feel my son is very safe with Ailis and I can leave him in her care knowing that he is well looked after. Ailis is an asset to our family life.

Ailis babysits for my two young children and has for four years now. They absolutely cherish her and have formed a very unique bond. She's beyond reliable and flexible, I often have to work late nights at short notice and Ailis is always very happy to try her best and accommodate as she really enjoys what she does. I know that my children are not only safe with Ailis but beyond happy, they often ask for her when she is not there. We are at a stage where Ailis owns a key to our house, as she often brings them to or from school, to the park, play centres or on days out. I trust Ailis fully and she really is an asset to any lucky family. She is willing to do small chores and an array of other tasks related to my children's well being. Careful and sensible she never fails to give my children their medicine, help them complete their homework, bathe them and read endless stories every night she is with them. She's fab!
